No Spark

So we finished my motor swap yesterday. Put in a fresh m20 into a 89 325i and we are getting no spark

Motor turns over but using a volt meter I am getting no voltage at the + and _ terminals on the coil. checked all the connections and grounds and everything is connected. Any suggestions?

Are you getting fuel? If ur not check cps. If you are check fusible link on small wire coming from the battery. Check connections at distribution block and connections on ur starter.

did you switch the CPS and tac plugs? underneath the OBD port?

Hmm that is a possibility i was not getting fuel but when jumping it I did get fuel, I assumed the relay was bad. but I will check the cps and the 2 connections under the diag port
