    Coolant Problem

From all the info I've found it seems I might be looking at a new thermostat or I have a failed HG. Although I'm getting no coolant in oil.
I've bled the system, raised front end/heater ect.

The problem I'm getting is that my coolant is overflowing from the overflow tube and behind the front wheel, while it looks like the hoses going from my radiator to the thermostat seem to be empty.
If I squeeze the pipes with the resevoir cap off i get bubbling in the tank and the pipes are very soft, not feeling full of coolant, so they're not blocked from the res itself..

    Any ideas?
    Pics!

All those pipes seem to have no coolant in them. But when I squeeze them I get the coolant coming from the res cap.

      Thermostat test:
start the engine from stone cold, idle and monitor the lower radiator hose. If this hose stays cold while the coolant/engine are hot, change the T'stat.

      Thermostat Ok?
Change the coolant overflow tank cap.
When this cap fails to hold pressure, the boiling point of the coolant is lower. This allows air to displace the coolant out of the tank via the overflow hose.<----symptom of a failing cap.
