OK. Doing HG, cam seal, crank seal and timing belt. Advice anyone?

Just acquired this car and I am going to get her back in to great mechanical shape over the summer.

    My m20 leaks from EVERYWHERE.
Currently planning on doing HG, cam seal, crank seal and timing belt.

Do you guys have any words of wisdom before I start this project? A preferred order to attack this in? I am concerned about messing up the timing in the process and how not to do that.

I will probably deck the head since this thing has 260K and leaks like crazy. Can't deck block though unfortunately.

Any other gaskets I should do while I'm down there?

Oil pan will come later. It's an iX so that will be barrels of fun.

Get new head bolts, install a new water pump, take the head to a machine shop or rebuild it yourself if you have the tools/skills. Make sure you have the crank at TDC and the marks on head and cam sprocket aligned before you reinstall the head.
