Best way to deal with cracked and separated flange?

So obviously it will have to be welded back on. This is on an iX btw. Can exhaust shops deal with this on the car? Surely it'd have to be or things might end up a tad out of wack...

the flange can be welded back on, but is is going to have to be tacked into place while mounted on the engine.

I marked mine

when it was all fastened, I removed the pipe and took it to midas and the welded it back no problem.. Mine did the same iX also
