Oh Snap!

So I just got around to pulling the head off of my 88ic on friday the thirteenth and - oh snap! - Holy Crap! I was not driving it when this happened (lucky for me)- but my wife was - this is what can happen if you timing belt snaps. Oh snap! - specs are 88ic 190K - autotragic in great shape otherwise. Luckily I do have another m20. Ideas? Thoughts.
