need a picture os the eta vs. i diffrences

Can anyone post a picture of the diffrences between the i and eta head,
where one can not use a eta head on a i block.

I was under the impression that they were basically the same except the eta head was not dished out in the combustion area as much as the 'i' head - plus the 'i' head [assembled] comes with stiffer or dual valve springs and a bumpier cam.

I can also attest to the fact that the head on my '87 eta has MUCH smaller intake ports that the 'i' head on my workbench.

I can get you pics of the 'i' head all around, but I haven't taken the head off of the eta yet.

'87 325 - soon to be stroked and blown. What a lucky car!

The i combustion chambers are basicly the same as the eta, except the i chambers are flycut open.
