    o2 sensor check engine light.

So my car was throwing a check engine light code so I put a new o2 sensor in it and it still is throwing the code. Any ideas what is wrong?

    Thanks,

    Ashton.

I believe there is a special tool you can use to do it, if you don't have one there is probably another method available to do it as well.

Failing that, Unhooking the battery for several minutes should do it.

Do you have any large holes in your intake boot?

Which strongly suggests that there are instake leaks, which would also cause a Lambda (2 senosr) fault.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Where is the Lambda sensor located?
