Hesitation under full throttle

Whenever I full throttle the car is hesitates as it goes up...
Fuel filter, Ignition wires, Spark plugs, and Ignition Coil are all brand new.

fuel to air mixture... maybe mass airflow

thats also new.... i recently rebuilt my motor stock everything but the block is a m20b27 and the head is a m20b25

My first suspicion is that you have intake leaks. Have a shop run a smoke test on the intake.

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

^ then I would just get new plugs, wires. also check the fuel pressure as mentioned earlier
