Heated Throttle Body Intake Hose/ M30 TB on M20

The intake hose to the throttle body from the valve cover with the little "heater hoses" is not on the STD M30 Throttle Body like all the M20's. On the M30 the intake tube is not heated, it's just goes into the rubber boot like the M20 ICV. Do you believe this air from the valve cover needs to be heated so the oil fumes flow into the manifold air better?. Got everything else ready to go to bolt the M30 TB on, this is the last thing.

The purpose of the throttle body heater is to prevent water vapor in the oil vapors or intake air from freezing on the throttle plate and locking the throttle plate. In temperatures above freezing the heater isn't needed.

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I thought the oil vapers needed to be there mixing with the air and gas due to the unleaded gas, is that a legend???
