goofy howling noise

so for some reason i was driving today and my fan or something started howling. it's never done it before and it sounds like a semi truck.

it's sorta pissing me off, i know the fan clutch is bad because i tryed the paper test and i could stop the fan effortlessly. does a bad fan clutch make that noise? or is it something else?

It sounds like its rubbing against something, get that fan clutched changed asap its a cheap easy fix. Also check to see if its not ur cps or the wire that goes off of the 6th spark plug rubbing against a belt.

Agreed, either the fan is rubbing against the shroud (look to the motor mounts), or the fan clutch has siezed. In either case immediate attention and repairs are required.
