idling issues

So I just finnished a head gasket job. Had the head pressure tested cleaned decked and had a valve adjustment and seal replacement done. Used a victor reinz gasket kit and studs. Aswell as timing belt by conti and graf wp. Put it all back together. Started it, and it idled fine but everytime it runs for about two minutes it chugs and dies. If I gas it before it starts chugging when the r3vs drop it chugs aswell. I didn't have a breather hose so I bought some vynil tubing till I could source a new pipe and tried that but the problem hasn't improved. Right now it also has a coolant leak as I need to replace a hose.

Any ideas as to my problem?
