need help i dont know whats wrong

so my 84 325e is haveing a few engine problems and if any of you can help me it would be greatly apreciated

this is what it is doing. when starting off in any gear when i let out the clutch and give it more gas it loses power for a brief second and then comes back on full force. it happens more intensly in lower gears, also when i let off the gas coast for a second and then give it gas again it has a hesitations untill i step on the gas harder it drives normal again. when it is at idle it sometimes has a rouph idle that gives it a cammed like sound and sometimes it barley wants to run at idle. when i am driving it somtimes just falls on its face and makes this sound of engine confusion, when this happens i barry my foot into the gas and it barley wants to drive untill it gets to higher rpm's and then it straightens itself out.

    what i have changed,

i have just replaced in tank and out of tank fuel pumps, new fuel filter, new throttle position switch, throttle body was rebuilt,

i have not check it yest but it was replaced 5,000 miles ago is the cap and rotor

what i have been told it could be but the people who told me didnt sound sure of themself was,
crank shaft position sensors, air flow meter, and injectors

please help i am so frusturated you have no idea

are you getting enough pressure from the clutch?

Check your AFM or swap a known good one on.

+1 for the AFM swap to test.

It is most likely the Air Flow Meter, the Throttle Position Sensor adjustment, or the Camshaft Position Sensor.
Clean your Idle Control Valve to the point that a very mild shake gets the thing rattling. Do this before you try anything else...

Clean the AFM, they can get nasty and not move good.
