whistling sounds?

i know this is going to be sorta vague, but iv noticed my engine has some sort of whistling going on. sounds like an air thing, but iv done a vacuum line overhaul recently. havnt noticed any change in performance so im not sure.. just thought id ask in case others have had this

this isn't very helpful, but i believe this sound is normal. almost like a whooshing? i have it too.

me too! i thought it was something to do with my stereo at frist, then took out all the speakers and it was still present. it only happens when in gear and on the gas.

since threee of us have it, guessing its ok.
like how all m20 have a soothing tick. lol

My engine has never made a whistling noise!! All three of you most likely have an intake leak somewhere!!

or maybe! an important part of you intake system is clogged?

I agree with Greg, it sounds like there are intake leaks.

hmmm intake leak? i do have a kamotors intake and miller maf...i will check my connections.

its not a high pitch, it sounds like a slight breeze. a whooooosh but constant, not EEEEEEE like yours.
