Did I Head Swap! WHAT IS THIS NOISE?

So, I did a I Head Swap. Did a Test Crank and it was fine. Until yesterday I install the Radiator and Try to Bleed the System and I got this :(

Today, I took off all the V-Belts and took the Valve Cover Off and made the Video :( Still there. Anyone Know?

    Thanks

Wow I'v never heard a sound like this coming from a m20 head?? WEIRD! Also I don't see any oil spraying from the oil railer or is it just the video, make the video a bit longer.

Oil is coming out but it slowly drips. (Like Very Slowly)

My first guess is that you are friction welding two components together, like the cam and the head.

That is what I thought too...Wanna Make Sure before I take it all apart and send it back to the Machine Shop who did the full rebuild of the Head.

There should be a lot more oil spraying around than just drips. Either the oil passages in the head are plugged or oil isn't reaching the head. That sound is almost certainly dry cam bearings.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

A first step could be to loosen all the rocker eccentrics , remove cam belt and see if the cam is free .

That is what was thinking. Since I paid someone to rebuild this head and did the valve adjustment. I will let them fix it. As it was working before I got it rebuilt and valve recut.

While is is possible that the oil blockage is in the head, I think it more likely to be below the head. When you pull the head off check to see if the head gasket has holes for every hole in the block.

were the rocker shafts properly inslalled and not mixed up in orientation or one for the other!the rocker shafts have specific sides for oil feeding its obvious that there is no oil getting somewhere.

Definitely bring it back to the guy and tell him to fix it. Hopefully you won't be looking at a new bump stick, but hey, maybe it's a good time to do a 272 on someone else's dime, am I right? Oil starvation is the culprit though. Either the head gasket doesn't have the correct holes or if the head was media blasted or pressure washed in any way there could be a blockage in the passages. could be coke in the pipe too Either the black stuff on the head or the white stuff with the mechanic... Jury's still out)....

When I first cranked it. I didn't have this issue. Ran like butter. When I had the car all back together ready to bleed the cooling system. This loud screeching/metallic noise was there. I was about to cry. So sad, all this hard work and have to redo :(

I will check to make sure the head gasket had holes for all the passage for the head.

I am not sure as they rebuilt the I head. It came off a running car. Friend wanted to rebuild a spare head and swap it. Idk why he did this one was Perfectly fine.

Edit: On the Rocker Shafts. I saw some Engraving that the Machine Shop did and So I believe they are in the Right Spot.

Thats the plan. We will see tomorrow morning when I pull the head and start to strip it down. :(

Took the Head Part Today :( This head came off a Friends 325i with a 2.5L Engine. When I was taking it apart. I noticed that it has only 4 Cam Bearings and 4 Oil Passage on the 885 Head. Which is Totally Weird. Also it has a Cam Number BMW1266447. I am looking for a new cam as the pics below will show why. :( From investigating. Seems like the Valve Adj. and Rods was done/installed incorrectly.
