    No fuel No spark

I was driving my car last night, simply accelerating, when it died. Now it wont start. We checked for fuel, there's none in the rails. Also there is no spark. i think it may be a fuel pump, but I dont want to drop 300 for one if that's not the case. I also replaced the relays with known good ones. It will crank but no fuel or spark.

Thanks for your help, its my daily and I cant be without it :(

No spark and no fuel would mean:

No timing data to the DME (bad CPS)
DME power/ground problem (bad main relay, bad fusible link, bad ignition switch)
    Bad DME
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

if you've never changed the cps, that would be a good place to start.

        FIXED!
I must have hit a pothole/the CPS wires were loose. clipped them back together, and she runs like a champ now.
        Thanks everyone :)
