    Super Eta 7 Bearing Cam

I checked my super eta head and it has the 7 bearing cam in it. I was going to put in an i cam and dual valve springs.

What's the deal with the super eta 7 bearing cam? Is it worth anything? Ditch it and put in the i cam? The i cam is an upgrade yes? Anyone know the specs on the seta 7 bearing cam?

I don't know the specs but it isn't that far off from the i cam. They ARE different though.

Super Eta cam is pretty much scrap in my past experiences.

I just read there was a 4 and a 7 bearing super eta cam. Wasn't sure if it was something special.

I've personally never seen a 4 bearing Super Eta cam. Even though people say it exists, I don't think it does.

The super eta cam has less lift and duration compared to an I cam plus they aren't good cores to re-grind. trash it

I have one in my car, I looked for a 7 bearing one and was finding more 4 bearing ones and gave up.

They apparently have more lift and less duration and why experimented with one on my SC project so I could overdrive the SC a bit more for better low end without over-revving it at redline.
