    No spark/fuel after b25 swap

The car cranks quite willingly yet doesn't get any spark or fuel. Now I know it can either be the CPS, main relay/fusible link, or a bad ECU. I'm concerned that it might be the power/ground for the ecu, but I'm not sure how to check for power there. Any suggestions?

I also have two stray wires coming off of my relays, I think one is from the main relay and one from the fuel pump. One is red and the other one black. Once I recharge the battery I'll test them for power/ground, but does anyone have an idea where these might go?

Lastly, I messed up the wiring on the passenger side firewall and had power running through the grounds. I finally changed that, but is there a chance that my harness is fried?

    Thanks

fml. The starter seems to only work intermittently. It'll crank over twice, and then it won't work for awhile. The battery is pretty much fully charged too.
