Pilot Bearing Cover

I'm having a hard time getting the Pilot Bearing cover out of the car. do I need a puller for the Cover? Or can I just pop it out with a screwdriver? I have a new sealed Pilot Bearing, so I will not use the old cover, I just not sure how to get the darn thing out.

Any Help would be great!
