    Hard Start When Cold

When my E30 is cold I have to crank it for about 10 seconds while "pumping" the gas pedal for it to start.

Once started it idles/drives perfectly. Once it is warmed up it will start immediately.

The problem isn't consistant, and seems to be most prevalent when fuel is low. Point me in the right direction E30 gurus.

If this car is and ETA, check the cold start valve and associated controls. Otherwise there is a good chance that there are intake leaks that are leaning out the mixture. A smoke test will tell.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

A bad fuel pressure regulator can also cause that issue
