The belts go to the accessory they line up with, it really couldn't be easier to figure out.

The alternator and water pump pulley share the same belt.

Yes, you will need to remove the fan.

So as of now I have no belts going to the AC, PS, Fan or ALT, dose the ps go to the outer part of the pulley then the second one in is the AC and the closest one to the engine is the ALT???? I am just looking for a pic

The closest to the engine is 100% the water pump/alternator belt. I don't remember which one is which on the others since I do not have those things on my car! It's self explanatory, they will only line up with each accesory correctly one way. Do you understand what I am saying?

alt, w/p closest to engine. a/c next. p/s last.

You do not need to remove the fan to change belts.

At least on my E, BMW made it to where there was just not enough space to squeeze the belt between the fan and radiator. Luckily they put a notch in the fan blade to install the belt without removing the fan. Would it have been that hard to put another 2mm's of space there? I mean, the belts aren't that wide.

do one of the belts go around the fan to make it spin.

Fan is attached to the water pump. Water pump spins, fan spins (in varying levels of intensity because it has a clutch)

I feel like this is a troll attempt...

If you stand to the side of the car you can see what lines up with what.

btw, you don't need to remove the fan. slide one side of the belt down one fin then rotate the fan and loop the belt over the rest.
