fuel injection

do you know what would cause the injectors not to squirt? i swap blocks in my car and i have everything together, if i pull the fuel line there is pressure and if i put fuel in through the intake it fires.but not on its own... why?

edit: nevermind.

check the injector harness below the intake manifold. sometimes it's not screwed in properly. It is keyed, however.

Injection woes

Depending on your year you may not have that connector, if you do, take it apart and clean it with some good contact cleaner. If you don't have that connector worst case you may a have a dead DME for the injectors....like I do right now. Good luck!
