ok so i installed a new head gasket, everything seems right,i turned the key and it wouldn't start. it would turn over but never start,i tried giving it some gas and it would stumble to try and start but no dice. i looked under the hood and it smelled like gasoline. i felt under the intake manifold (where the gasoline was coming from) and it was leaking right in the middle of the manifold somewhere (not the intake manifold itself of course) the fuel hose that goes from the fuel rail (firewall side) to the fuel pump was wet but nether end was wet only the middle, other hoses were wet too but they dont have fuel in them (duhhhhh) so now im going to replace the fuel line. BUT HERES THE QUESTION. is there anything that else that would cause this to happen i.e any kind of excess pressure causing the hose to leak? and if not then is there a part # for the hose or can i just use any hose that fits? the hose wasnt that old (maybe like 6 months) which is why im asking the question. helllll......help...meeeeeeeee
quick fuel question

It is essential that you use hose (5/16") rated for fuel injection service for the high pressure line. For the return line from the Fuel Pressure Regulator you can use plain fuel hose as it is not pressurized. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
