    Torque arrestor?

    Anybody know what #35 in this diagram?

    Mine was missing the rubber bumper.

    That part is to prevent forward motion of the engine and destruction of the radiator, etc., should the engine mounts fail or in a collision. The rubber bumper is part number part number 36 (above).
    The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      I don't see a part # for 36 but I think I can fabricate one and reinstall the part now that I know what it is.

        Not really an important part IMHO. I've removed it on every car I've had the engine out of.
