    heater not working

    hi guys i have a problem with my e30, every morning i start work at 6:00am an i turn on my heater because at t hat time is cold here in the bay area, so today my heater did not turn on i checked fuses an everything looks good is there a relay or did the blower motor go out on me?? help guys thanks

    If it doesn't work at all, I'd suspect the motor, they tend to self-destruct as they get old & brittle. If it works on the highest & lowest settings, it's usually the resistor. Either way, some help can be found here;

    It's super easy. Disconnect hoses/wires from firewall, remove cover, remove motor/resistor, and as they say "installation is the reverse of removal."
