    i have a 885 2.5 head and a 200 2.7 head.
Can i put the 885 head internals into the 200 head?

The cam, rockers, and springs will transfer, but as I recall the valves won't.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

^ the valves will work, if the seats are changed and some cutting done to the bowl/port area (or something like that), but from what I understand it is a lot of work

better off just throwing a 885 or 731 head on the eta block

You also can't put the cam from the 885 head into the 200 head without drilling oil holes in the bearings. The eta head has 4 holes and the 885 head has 7. Gotta drill 3 more.

You're better off just throwing the 885 head on the eta block, the 731 head has the same size valves as the eta head but with slightly larger ports. With the money you spend getting the 731 head to flow as well as the 885 you might as well have bought custom pistons to match the 885 head.
