Ignition control unit.... ???????? Wtf pls help///

Anyone know where this thing is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... My e30 es doesn't get spark out of the coil .. Its getting power and grnd but nothing out of the coil itself..... .i ve changed everything from cps the coil ,wires , plugs, dist cap and rotor..... I get nothing for electricity...... Nowhere ... Pls help... Any takers....... I would appreciate it .,... I blve its the icu i mentioned in the begining... Thnx
