Idle / stumbling at low revs

My car has sporatic idle issues--the usual revs drop, raise up to 1800, rinse repeat thing. But it also sometimes stumbles at low revs (<2k) before clearing out with an occasional pop. Is that a symptom of the idler going bad as well?

I figured it was dirty injectors, I put a bottle of Techron in there and have gone through half a tank. I also squirted some carb cleaner in the idler and cleaned out a bunch of gunk but the problem only went away temporarily.

The car had been sitting for about 4 months before this happened, but ran perfectly before then.

Could be ICV or vacuum leak.

I sprayed a bunch of carb cleaner around the usual vacuum leak spots and the revs never went up. Manually checked the lines and didn't see anything.

That sounds most like intake leaks. The only sure way of finding intake leaks is to have a smoke test run.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Any home remedies I can use? I've tried squirting carb cleaner all over and the idle didn't seem to change.

There is no substitute for a smoke test. It will find leaks in places you'd never think to look and/or places where carb cleaner won't work.
