swaping a es motor into a 90 325is?

i need a motor for my 325is i can not find anything local so my buddy offerd me a mint running es motor outa of an 87 with cluster and computer . i already pulled the old motor out the head was done on it . let me know guys if i should waste my time

I would say no, definitely do not do that. M20 i engines are not hard to find.
