Lets not start attacking me now.haha
But this is a professional business. I dont care how large or small, when it comes down to it theyre supposed to do better than give customers the run around and give false answers. and it sounded like they were giving him the run around. thats the only reason why i say u get at least shipping back. he said its been weeks. thats a long time TO ME. but i get what ur saying about they cater to a small market. but again, a few weeks? i thought it was order, fill order, ship and install. Otherwise they should tell the buyer oh it will be a few weeks. that would change everything completely. AND he had to finally get the shipping dates on his own. miller should have known something more than, it should get to u on this day, when they really dont know. i know that feeling and it sucks to have no package when u get home.
...and i didnt say a refund. maybe shipping or something. didnt he even say he uped the shipping so it could get there sooner.lol that was another waste of money since its taken this long.
and i dont eat McDonalds. I care about my insides
m20 is plenty. im simply a drifter.

and if im so far off, then i guess people are willing to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for poor business practice/service. im not classifying Miller for bad service but it got to the point the OP had to start a thread. so in this case they can maybe do something to right their wrong.

its really not his problem Miller is short handed i guess is all im saying. but he paid for the consequences of their short handedness and paid extra shipping for nothing. if u still disagree, then lets agree to disagree.lol but I would be on the phone and getting some kind of shipping refund. i mean a few weeks is a long time. and this isnt just some kid on the forum making it. yea its a small company but its one of the most official ones in the e30 world. product and reputation wise.
cant wait to get my miller maf and WAR chip tho!

I ordered the miller maf and adapter, and after 2.5 weeks with a no show I emailed to ask whats up. Had no reply until I emailed all the staff members and indicating I was not too happy. They said it must have got lost in the mail, and would send another. I said not to bother, just give me a refund and I will send back the product or buy it if it turns up. Got a refund, product never showed up. Its a shame because there is limited options for the BMW m20 for tuning purposes.

On a side note I have never got a reply from Ant at A-Tech in the UK regarding a maf conversion. Someone needs to jump on this, burn some chips designed for a particular maf and get it out there.

Same problem here, I ordered an M20 MAF kit on Sept. 23! It took 2 weeks till I got a tracking number through FedEx that said the info was given to FedEx on Oct. 6. Then nothing...

On Friday night (Oct. 21), FedEx updated to say: Improper or missing paperwork - Missing Commercial Invoice - Contact customer service

              Now what??

I've emailed Miller and messaged Brody here and gotten no response. I've been more than patient thus far, but I'm starting to be frustrated.

UPDATE: Got another email through FedEx saying "Clearance in process" and the ETA is Nov. 1. We'll see...

UPDATE (10/25): I called Miller today and was able to speak with someone. I told him that FedEx says the package does not have the right paperwork to go through customs and he said they had a few shipments go out like that and he thought they'd corrected them all, but apparently not. He said he would fax FedEx what they needed today and hopefully get the package on the way. A good sign!

Got my 3" MAF with WAR-Chip today!
So I think they have sorted out the supplier problems now.

I just installed it with a BMC carbon air box. Looks great so far.
I am now starting the electric installation. Can“t wait for first results
