IE shorty headers, what gaskets do i need?

I have a set of these shitty ass ie shorty headers on my m20 unfortunatly and im stuck with running them for a while but i dont have any gaskets for the downpipe where the rest of the exhaust attaches.

Can someone tell me what gaskets i need, just the triangle 3 bolt ones.
Im assuming ie just used a common set of flanges like chevy or somthing but the assholes dont sell the gaskets nor will they reply to my question.

I believe S50 ones are the same.

Thanks, how sure are you? Would hate to buy them and have them not fit.
