    E30 aluminum rad (early model)

Is there any bolt on aluminum rads that go into the early models? Been searching for awhile and have gotten nothing, but doing 88+ swaps, which I don't really intend to do.

No input from anyone? Should I just stick with a behr oem brand even if I plan to go turbo soon? I heard our stock cooling system is more than enough but I'm concerned if it'll cool enough with a inter cooler in front of it?

      Anyone??

I havent seen one, been keeping an eye out myself.

A custom rad is only 300-500 max anyway.

I installed a PWR radiator from my e36m into my early model e30. Write up on m20 forum, used all stock parts to do it besides aftermarket radiator.

There's no real need for an aluminum radiator. Go with a nice stock replacement.

if your going turbo you should probably convert to a late model cooling system so the expansion take is out of the way of the turbo

Is there a write up on how to convert to a late model radiator? I've tried searching, but I just can't seem to find one... probably not using the right key terms?

do I have to modify the mounting points or radiator support at all?

Search the M20 section, late model into early radiator- thread w photos is there.

The super proper way is to change to late style cooling system w hard pipes also and expansion tank

Rad mounting updates plug and play to late style
