Interchangable main caps?

Main caps off a "I" and off a "eta"

Are they interchangable? can I take a set off an "eta" and mont them on an "I" block with out the need to have them line bored?

I would line bore any cap that came out of another block...

Every motor is line bored with their own caps. Caps do not interchange.
