Which radiator to buy?!

Im lookin to buy a new radiator this week and was looking for some input on what you guys are running.

I've researched thru the forum havent found anything that was too direct. im not looking to put the oem one that has worked for over the past 20 some odd years (thats considering PO's havent changed it themselves) as i want to upgrade parts as i change them.

i live in socal and drive thru rush hour traffic 4-5 times a week MINIMUM.

Stock replacement Behr.

If you have a late model (US model year 88+) you can use an e36 M3 rad as sometimes they are found cheaper than the stock late M20 rad.
IMO Behr is better but Nissens are good and will be slightly cheaper.

my cousin actually had a bad experience with cxracing rads so i dont wanna make it a x 2 lol

Stock M20 with OEM Behr rad. does fine in Las Vegas at 115F. My S52 however, would like a bit more radiator when it's cooking here.

Maybe, their quality was not that good back then. Mine has an excellent quality to it, but then again, I do not race my car...it is a convertible. With my old rad, the temp always crept up to the uncomfortable red mark during the rush hour stop-and-go. With the new rad, temp gauge always stay cool.

yeah my cousin drifts all three of his cars so i go to him for advice on parts. hes been thru it all lol. my temp gauge is really funny and doesnt go past blue even though the engine is warm and when it does get nice and hot it goes past blue, hence the reason why im swapping out all my cooling.

I love mine. :)

i'm running a mishimoto e36 radiator. perfect fitment, no drama.
