    Misfire HELP!

So Ive replaced the spark plugs, Fuel Filter, Ignition Coil, clogged injectors to 17lb injectors, and I still have a misfire. Heres a video of the engine in idle after being warmed up. I also have a loss of power and mpg. Please HELP!

When was the last valve adjustment? Are the ignition wires, distributor cap, and rotor less than five years old? Does the O2 sensor shave less than 100k on it? What plugs did you use?
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I did a valve adjustment 2 weeks ago and I think the ignition wires, distributor cap, and rotor are the original lol. The O2 sensor might also be original. I used the Bosch W8CL+. The car has 142,000 original miles. I was thinking it might be the fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump or the O2 sensor... not too sure.

You indicated you changed your spark plugs. Is the screw cap on or off? I know, stupid things, but it will interfere with connectivity.

Yea I had a tough time with those, but I took them off before I put them in.

            Update*
The distributor cap and rotor were fine, I took it apart and looked at it, also my 02 sensor looks to be changed before, because I passed smog with "flying colors", as stated by the mechanic, three months ago. When I changed the spark plugs a month ago, I put in the platinums and my car started to misfire, so I took my original spark plugs into O'reilly and asked for the exact ones and they gave me WR8LC+ and I put those in, but Im still misfiring... Anyone use bosch WR8LC+ and having trouble? Should I just go with the W8LCR from bavauto? I have significant power loss after the car heats up and on the freeway.

I use them, no issues here. Just did an Ignition overhaul on my e30 last week. New Cap, Rotor, Wires, Plugs, Coil (went with Pelican Auto's Ignition Kit). Runs good with these plugs. Are you plugs gapped correctly (.030-.032)? Your video is a bit tough to hear the misfire as your Valve train is pretty much so the dominate noise being made. This may be a bit out there, but do you know when your ECT was last replaced? You'd be surprised @ what roll the ECT plays in all aspects of allowing the engine to run well (also replaced my ECT and o2 sensor, and that made a world of difference as well as the ignition overhaul). Oh and just because you "passed smog w/ flying colors 3 weeks ago" doesn't mean your o2 or ECT is working correctly. The e30's Cats are pretty Robust and work well @ hiding issues the m20 can produce. Curious do you have your read out on your 5 gas test/smog? Like to see the numbers. :)
