Leaky coolant hose

So I have the early model cooling system on my 325is, and After replacing my Expansion tank to water pump hose for the second time, its still leaking from the end that connects to the water pump?

Do you guys have any suggestions on what I can do to solve this leak?

Is the nipple on the pump corroded? If it is it may be impossible to get the hose to seal. Another possibility is that the sift seal on the pump is leaking, not the hose.

the pump is brand new, I put it in not even 6 months ago and its had a slow but persistant leak since day one

did you put a new hose clamp on it as well?

Possibly the water pump gasket?

yeap, new hose clamp.


Gasket? could be a possibility, Ill take a closer look when I get a chance
