i have an 89 bmw e30 325 with m20b25 engine it runes good but when i ganged my gearbox the car is whild at 1st gear then when i shift to 2nd gear it loses the power and it feels like i changed to 3rd not 2nd dut no problem with the 3rd 4th or 5th gear ...so what can be the problem???

That sounds like an engine management problem, not a transmission problem.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

By having an experienced BMW tech diagnose the car. A smoke test of the intake & crank case and fuel system tests would be the first steps. After that verification of the AFM, new ignition wires, distributor cap & rotor, correct plugs, valve adjustments, etc.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
