    Need helpp ASAP!

Okk , Recently my alternator took a shit on me.
so my battery needed to be charged on a regular.
i let it sit for maybe a week and ow it wont start at all .
i hear the fuel pump and the flywheel like its attempting to start but its silent after that !

i have no clue whats wrong ...

The first thing I'd suspect would be a dead (or bad) battery.

Remove the alternator belt and see if the bearings in the alternator are still good. If they are replacing just the voltage regulator and brush assembly has a good chance of restoring operation of the alternator. Also make sure that the alternator warning light comes on when the ignition is switched on. That bulb is what provides exciter power to the alternator and if the bulb is burned out the alternator won't charge.

If you have to replace the alternator, get a factory reman unit. The low cost generic's are very iffy and you may go through several before you find on that works. There are not worth the hassle.

That makes no sense. The flywheel can't make noise and the fuel pump only runs when the DME sees timing data from a rotating engine.

I suspect your starter solenoid has taken a shit. I think the "flywheel" noise you hear is actually the actuator spinning inside the starter housing. If the solenoid is bad, the actuator arm wont extend to make contact with the flywheel.

If your battery and alternator are new, that's really the only thing left to check. I think all that dead /low battery starting, ultimately took out your starter.

                      Hope that helps

I always assumed my flywheel is bad because it makes noise its weird put I'm getting the starter and alternator next week ...so we will see what the hell is wrong

If you cant source a cheap starter or alternator where you live, I bet I can mash them in a flat rate priority mailer or two and I won't charge you much. They're from an 89 "i" and work fine.
