ive already hit those keith, the C191 i cleaned and filled with dielectric grease a few months back, checked it yesterday and its perfect still as well as the relays.

next will be picking up a fuel pressure tester since i broke my matco one and they aren't around anymore to get a new one.

but one thing i do know is the spark plugs are getting drenched and are dripping with fuel after cranking around 30-45 seconds.

any more idea's? car still cranks strong but will not start. working graveyard shifts 12 hours a day 6 days a week makes it hard to get out to buy a fuel pressure gauge.

wanted to update this with the fix.

it was a bad fuel pressure regulator. when we disconnected the return from the FPR there was no fuel in it. swapped it out for a spare i have and it runs perfect.

There usually isn't fuel in the return. It drains back into the tank pretty quickly.

But! Neato that you got it!
