Wont Start

Just finished my rebuild and hooked everything up and it seems the car is not getting fuel.

When i turn the key the car tries to turn over but i hear a deep bubleing noise(similar to a office cooler sound)

What could that be, i check the fuel line that goes to the fuel rail and it had no fluid in it.

It would be a help to know what engine this is...

The most common mistakes on an M20B25 are swapping the cylinder ID and CPS connectors or connecting the fuel supply hose to the FPR instead of the fuel rail.

its the b25, i am pretty sure i got the fuel supply hose correct because i followed it all the way to the fuel filter. but what is the id and cps, is that the pulse sensor that connects to a sparkplug wire and the top dead center sensor or what is it and i may have gotten those mixed up
