High Idle Been there done that....

OK so I have a 300K 325is. It has a miller MAF kit and headers. I double checked the values for idle in the ECU and they are correct.
I have replaced the intake boot, ICV, resealed all of the various pipes around the throttle body, changed all the hoses on the intake the fuel pressure line too. I did a smoke check and smoke came form the tube of death/bitch tube.
SO today I replaced the orings on the tub o Death and still have a high idle.
Car idles at 12 pretty steady.
Any suggestions on where to go from here..............

Check the TPS for operation of the idle switch with a meter or test light. The idle switch should close when the throttle arm is 0.030-0.060" off the idle stop screw. Also clean the ICV with carb cleaner until the vane moves freely. A good ICV should vibrate when the ignition is on if the idle switch in the TPS is good.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Ill leave this here. I think its something to try and isn't very difficult.

Have you noticed that the idle seems to surge constantly? Does it constantly move between 800 and 1800 RPM? Does the idle stay steady at 1800 RPM? We can help.

The ICV is brand spanking new so I hope it need no cleaning.
I will try the messurments on the tps. The guy who did the work simply unplugged it and the idle ran high.
