Any one used a Valve keeper removal tool?

I've used one, but not while the head is still installed. I've heard people doing what your attempting with success though. Give it a shot, but be prepared to pull the head given the worst case scenario.

I got a 88 super, it has a 885 head. I have gutted an "i" head for the cam and springs. I dont wanna pull the head. Anyone used this

Has anyone used it on our heads?

I plan on puttin compressed air in the cylinder to keep the valves up while the piston is at TDC.
