M20 distributor rotor dust cover O-ring?

Is there supposed to be an O-ring behind the distributor rotor dust cover? Bentley says there should be one there, but mine doesn't have one and I don't see it in RealOEM diagram.

Behind #14 in this diagram?

I found it. On closer inspection I see it is still on the cover at the outside edge to seal to the cam drive belt cover.:o
