Everyone loves a good mystery! (cooling related)

i recently started noticing that my coolent was really low. like almost empty. so i topped it off and continued like nothing.

the next morning i notice a pool of antifreeze on the floor of my garage.
i check my radiatorhose and anything i could think of and found nothing, n leaks no tears no sign of coolent even draining.

then i went back to the pool and noticed it seemed to have fallen from under my foot well....

i put my car on some ramps and took a look under and found a small whole with a cap (looked like its some type of drain for the foot well but it doesnt matter) that looked moist. sure enough it was anti-freeze.

then i pulled up my foot mat and i have this little hole in my carpet i stuck my finger in it and felt around and of coarse there was a pool of anti freeze there.

this made me remember of when i was riving one day and saw smoke comeing from behind my Guage cluster. i thought it was strange so i pulled over and popped the hood and nothing seemed wrong. no smoke nothing.

i thought about what it could be for a while. then i remember that the antifreeze at some point must go up throught behind the dashboard for the heating system. but im not every sure. this is kinda just a hunch. does anyone have any idea where the antifreeze flows near the dashboard or foot well?

was supposed to get my war painted this week and its delaying me please help!

Sounds like a bad heater core, heater valve, or o-rings.
