I'm doing my timing belt on my 1989 325i and am replacing the AC bracket since the teeth are stripped. When I look up the part in real oem calls this part a "chain tensioner" and lists two part numbers:

64551714458
When I ordered the part, they sent me 64551714458. However, the part looks a little different from the existing. The overall size is a little differnet and the length of the toothed section is a little shorter, but its possible that it could work. Are these parts interchangeable? Anyone know which part I should use? Thanks.
