hose placement?

Ok, I'm not at my car right now, but I snapped some pics of it before replacing the valve cover gasket last weekend, and just noticed while looking at the pic, that the hose running from each side of the injector rail is run under the intake adjacent to the valve cover. Is this right? Should it be run around the other side? I don't remember this being the case on any other M20's I've seen.

it shouldnt be right by the injectors or right above them... I havent torn down my intake manifold but I will be doing that soon but have removed my valve cover and that fuel line was never there

Is that hose the fuel feed for the ETA's? If so, shouldn't it just loop down towards the steering box and connect to the metal line.

I'm not sure, it's not an ETA, but it has me slightly concerned now lol

That's the right fuel rail for a M20B20 intake manifold, but that hose should not be going there. It should just run long the firewall.
