325e hesitation below 2500 rpms

Getting some hesitation on WOT from 1000 to 2500 rpms. After that it clears up and car pulls pretty good. Also have a high idle even with the ICV set to the lowest setting ( the screw ) Idle when warm is around 900. Just changed the plugs two days ago and it didn't fix anything.

86 325e , ebay chip. Its not the chip , it idled high even with the stock chip.
Its bugging me not knowing whats causing this.

any ideas would be great!

possible. Just picked up this eta last week and really havnt had time to look into it. Lots of dirt around the intake gasket side.

Im not going to worry about the gaskets so much right now since ill be swapping the head in a few weeks or month butu it like to find out what the issue is. I might try the BPC on the gaskets to check for leaks deal.
