need a fuel pressure tester kit for my m20

I read the bentley and the way you test the fp is removing the fuel line at the rail and splicing a t to test it

All the kits by my place don't come with the t and they act like its unheard of

Is there a kit that you guys recommend because people around me told me to basically make my own fitting but I don't trust a homemade fitting under 40psi

its out there for sure.....I used to work in irrigation, commercial and residential, we used t's all the time for everything.

Ive seen and used so many different types of poly, plastic, copper, brass....you name it....I know its late now but give it a day or so and I bet someone will post exactly what they use.

    Sub'd for future reference.

      Go to parts store.

Buy T fitting for fuel hose or vacuum for $2.50

If you don't trust that. Go to home depot. Buy brass fittings. Spend $15 and make it yourself. You won't pop those until well after 200psi.

Jake the first link you posted how would that work since the fuel pressure gauge is threaded in

Another issue is there is a little pin that is in the fitting that needs to be compressed I've taken the fitting to a national autoparts store and a napa of which both didn't have anything for it

I don't mind building something its just not too fimilar with fittings and no clue of the pitch or how to press that pin in

That's why I was wondering how you guys did it im sure someone on r3v has had to check their fuel pressure
