how do i get this out?

the gear inside the block that is driven by the intermediate shaft. oil pump drive gear idk. has a cap on the left exterior side of the block. any help would be great

The gear just lifts out, but yours has a strange bracket??

Instead of looking at it from inside the engine go up top, pop the cap off, and pull it out.
