Where do most route the m42 coolant res outlet to on an m20 setup? Car currently has a mish/mash of an early and late cooling setup that i'd like to convert fully to late and m42 setup.

I didn't find very good information on the web about using the M42 radiator with an M20 so I improvised: I cut the hose for my M20 overflow tank, got a 3/4" to 1" I.D. adapter at home depot and ran a 1" I.D. hose to the M42 overflow tank. -
I'd like to move to the late model water pump, so that hose/connection would be deleted. Best I can figure is to T into the upper radiator hose that feeds the pump, so you are staying close to the orginial design of the res supplying the pump.
