No start. Likely fuel issue. Help requested

Battery tests at 12.5. Spark tests well. Main relay tests at 12. Fuel relay gets 12. Jumped fuel relay and the pump does not operate. Jumped fuel relay again to test at the pump. The pump is getting 12v.

    Any ideas?

If the pump doesn't run when the relay is jumpered, fuse 11 is bad, the high pressure pump is bad, or there is a problem in the wiring. Since you say that power is being presented to pump the answer is pretty obvious. The pump has failed.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Fuse 11 was one of the first tests. Me thinks you are right. Was leaning that way as well I just didn't want it to be true. Off to order a new pump.

The fuel pump did the trick... it's alive.
